Job Retention Deletion

The procedure for setting Job Retention Deletion is explained below.

In the Sys. Menu/Count. menu, press the





key to

select [Document Box].

Press the

key. The Document Box menu appears.

Press the

key to select [Job Box].

Press the

key. The Job Box screen appears.

Press the

key to select [JobRet. Deletion].

Press the

key. The Job Retention Deletion screen

appears.

Press the

key to select the period that jobs are

retained.
