6.4. Edit Group Dialog Box

In the Edit Group dialog box, you can create a group, or add or delete a member.

The maximum number of members that can be registered in a group is:

• E-mail address: 100

• FTP and SMB (in total): 10

• FAX: 500

Item Description

Group Name Enter the name of the group.

The maximum length of the group name

is 32 characters.

Member List Displays the list of members registered

for the group.

Add Member button Click this button to open the group

member detail dialog box.

Delete button Deletes the member selected in the

member list.

OK button Saves the changes and closes the edit

group dialog box.

Cancel button Closes the edit group dialog box without

saving the changes.
